Everything you need to know about our Shipping Policy!
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order, once you enter the shipping address.
Fulfillment Time
Orders placed on a business day before 12 pm Central Time will be fulfilled the same day. Orders placed on a business day after 12 pm CT will be fulfilled the next business day.
UPS orders will ship out the same day they are fulfilled.
USPS orders may take 1-3 business days to ship out after they are fulfilled.
Exceptions
While Undrdog works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, wholesale orders and orders that are large, personalized, custom-configured, or high-volume may have longer fulfillment times.
Occasionally, we will confirm shipping & delivery times, and then learn that we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify you of the new shipping & delivery times via email.
Orders with Free shipping may take 1-3 days to process.
Things to keep in mind when selecting shipping options.
UPS Ground has the same transit time as Priority Mail.
Rush Shipping
We can not guarantee shipping speed or transit times.
You must place your order before 12 pm Central Time for your order to be fulfilled that same business day. If you need your order rush shipped and it’s after 12 pm Central Time, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help. We might be able to get last-minute orders shipped out from 12 pm - 2 pm Central Time.
UPS has the best rush shipping options. However please be aware that Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays.
Undrdog Merch
Undrdog Merch is drop-shipped by different providers. These items will be shipped separately from your order when they are ready, usually by USPS. Processing time is 1-5 business days.
Wholesale
Shipping for Wholesale orders may take longer to fulfill.
What's Next?
Once you place an order, we send information about order details via email. The email you receive depends on whether you choose delivery or pickup. If you ordered multiple items that ship separately, you may receive additional emails for each item.
Order Acknowledgement
The order acknowledgment email provides a summary of the items in your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgment will display the delivery address and delivery date. You can click the date to view your order details. If you choose to pick up an item, the email will display the location of Undrdog in Frisco, Texas.
Shipment Notification
If you choose to have an item delivered, we'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your order.
Pickup Notification
If you chose to pick up an item, we'll send a pickup notification email once your items are available at Undrdog.
If your item is still waiting to be picked up, we’ll send a reminder email.
Text Notifications
If you want to receive notifications about your delivery or pickup order via SMS, just add your mobile phone number at checkout. The number of messages you'll receive will vary depending on the orders you place.
What to Expect
Once your order is shipped or available for pickup, we'll send you a text message. This will include your order number and a tracking link or pickup information. We will also send you texts on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending on the selected delivery method, country, and carrier. You may receive 1-4 text messages per item on your order.
Local Pickup
A local pickup option is available free of charge in Frisco, Texas. We are open for pickups Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
Once your order is ready for pickup we will send you an email or SMS notification, depending on what you entered at Checkout. Most pickup orders will be ready the same business day if placed before 12 pm CT. Orders placed after 12 pm CT on Friday or over the weekend will be ready for pickup at 9 am Monday.
If you are local but still want your order shipped, UPS Ground should only take 1 business day.
If you selected local pickup but find you need your order shipped instead, please reach out to our customer support team for help at [email protected].
Time to Process Orders
Orders placed Friday after 12 pm CT or over the weekend will ship out on Monday or the next business day if there is a holiday.
UPS Shipping will ship out the same business day if the order is placed before 12 pm Central Time. Otherwise, the order will ship out the next business day.
USPS Priority Shipping can take 1-3 business days to ship out.
Shipping to Different Locations
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Military Addresses
UPS - Almost all UPS shipping options are available to individuals who live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or have Military addresses.
USPS - USPS Priority Mail is available to individuals who live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or have Military addresses. Please note that although we try our best to get the shipment moving the same day it's packed, USPS shipping may take a few business days to ship out.
Canada
Undrdog now has a distributor in Canada!
