$100 is the minimum order value to use your points.

Please note that points can't be used during an ongoing sale. If you want to purchase multiple products and some are on sale, you can make two separate orders - one for discounted products and use your points on the other order. Let us know, and we'll ship them together!

If the products you want to order are not on sale, but you still can't see the slider for points, there's a possibility that you're in ShopPay checkout. Choose the "checkout as guest" option at the bottom of the page, and you'll return to the regular checkout.

Why can't I use my points?

Your discount code may not work if the product you're trying to buy is already on sale or is non-discountable.

Orders will be processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2pm Central time. Orders placed after 2pm Central time will be shipped the next business day.
